2. Types of Fees
Our services involve various types of fees:
- Consultation Fees: Initial consultations are typically free of charge.
- Service Package Fees: Fees charged for our comprehensive admission assistance packages.
- University Fees: Tuition and other fees paid directly to universities.
- Third-Party Fees: Visa fees, travel costs, and other expenses paid to third parties.
This refund policy primarily covers iAMBBS service fees. University fees and third-party fees are subject to their respective refund policies.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation Before Service Commencement: Full refund (minus processing fees) if cancellation is requested before any services have been rendered.
- Service Not Provided: If iAMBBS fails to deliver promised services without valid reason, proportionate refunds will be issued.
- University Admission Denial: Partial refunds may be considered if admission is denied due to factors within our control.
- Visa Rejection: Partial refunds may be available depending on the stage of service completion and the reason for rejection.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Services already rendered or partially completed
- Student withdrawal or change of mind after service commencement
- Admission denial due to false information provided by the student
- Visa rejection due to student's documentation errors or background issues
- Student's failure to meet university eligibility requirements
- Changes in student's personal circumstances or preferences
- Delays caused by the student's non-cooperation or late submissions
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit Written Request: Send an email to info@iambbs.com with subject "Refund Request" including your name, contact details, and reason for refund.
- Documentation: Provide all relevant documentation supporting your refund request.
- Review Period: Our team will review your request within 7-10 business days.
- Decision Communication: You will be notified of the decision via email.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days.
6. Refund Schedule
Refund amounts depend on the timing of cancellation:

7. University Fee Refunds
For fees paid to universities:
- iAMBBS is not responsible for refunding university fees

- We will assist in communicating with universities regarding refund requests
- Processing time depends on individual university policies
8. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed through:
- Same payment method used for original transaction
- Bank transfer to the account from which payment was made
- Cheque (in exceptional cases)
Currency conversion charges, if applicable, will be borne by the client.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the refund decision:
- Submit an appeal in writing within 15 days of the decision
- Our senior management will review the appeal
- Final decision will be communicated within 10 business days
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India
