Our Story
iAMBBS started in 2014 in Delhi. The basic problem was straightforward: over 20 lakh students take NEET every year, but India has roughly 1.08 lakh MBBS seats. Government college seats are under 55,000. Private colleges charge ₹60 lakhs to over ₹1 crore for the full program. The math just doesn't work for most families.
Countries like Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and the Philippines have NMC-approved medical programs that cost ₹15-40 lakhs total — a fraction of Indian private college fees. The programs are in English (or bilingual), 5-6 years long, and recognized for FMGE eligibility. But in 2014, reliable information about these options was hard to find. Families didn't know which universities were NMC approved, what the real costs were, or how the visa process worked.
That's what we do: connect students with NMC-approved universities, handle the admissions paperwork and visa, arrange travel and accommodation, and stay in touch through graduation. We've worked with 5,000+ students across 15+ countries over the last decade. The team today is around 50 people — counselors, visa specialists, documentation staff, and local coordinators at universities abroad.
We don't pretend this is an easy path. FMGE pass rates are around 20-30% nationally. Students need to prepare seriously during their MBBS years to clear it. We try to be upfront about the challenges along with the opportunities — that's how you make a good decision.
What we do
We help Indian students get into NMC-approved medical universities abroad at a fraction of Indian private college costs. That means handling the full process: university shortlisting based on budget and NEET score, admission applications, document verification, visa processing, travel and accommodation, and on-ground support through all 5-6 years.
Why abroad?
An MBBS abroad at an NMC-approved university costs ₹15-40 lakhs total. The same degree at an Indian private college costs ₹60 lakhs to over ₹1 crore. Both let you sit for FMGE and NEET PG. For families that can't afford Indian private fees but whose children qualified NEET, studying abroad is a practical alternative, not a compromise.

What we actually handle
Here is what working with us looks like, step by step
University shortlisting and counseling
We match students to universities based on NEET score, budget, country preference, and language of instruction. The counselors have handled thousands of applications and know which universities actually deliver on their promises and which ones to avoid.
Admissions and documentation
We handle the paperwork: admission applications, document attestation, apostille, invitation letters, and university correspondence. Direct ties with university admissions offices in Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Philippines, and other countries mean faster turnaround and fewer surprises.
Visa, travel, and arrival support
Visa applications are where things often go wrong without proper guidance. We prepare the visa file, coach students for interviews where needed, book flights, and arrange airport pickup and hostel check-in at the university. Local coordinators help students settle in during the first week.
Upfront fee breakdown
We give you a written cost sheet before you commit: tuition, hostel, our service fee, visa charges, travel, and insurance. We also flag the costs most consultancies leave out: return flights (~₹50K per trip), winter clothing (₹15-25K for cold countries), and the 15-20% exchange rate buffer you should budget.
Ongoing support during the program
We stay involved after you land. Local coordinators handle university registration, hostel issues, and medical emergencies. The Delhi office stays on call for parent queries and fee payments. When students face academic difficulties or want to transfer, we help navigate that too.
Parent communication and fee management
Parents get regular updates and a dedicated contact person. University fee payments are processed through official channels with receipts. If there's an emergency abroad, a medical issue, or a university dispute, we coordinate between parents, the student, and the university.
Pre-departure orientation
Before you fly, we run orientation sessions covering what to pack, how to handle money abroad, basic local language phrases, what the first week looks like, weather expectations, and food options. Students who've gone in previous batches often join these sessions to answer the real questions.
FMGE preparation guidance
The FMGE national pass rate is around 20-30%. Students who start preparing from their 3rd or 4th year abroad do significantly better. We recommend specific coaching programs and study resources, and connect current students with graduates who cleared FMGE to share what actually worked for them.

What Students & Parents Say
Hear from families who trusted us with their dreams
As a parent, my biggest concern was my daughter's safety and the authenticity of the university. iAMBBS team patiently addressed all our concerns, even arranged a video call with current students. Two years later, Riya is thriving in Georgia. Best decision we made.
Mr. Suresh Patel
Father of Riya Patel (MBBS Student, Georgia)
The support didn't end after admission - that's what makes iAMBBS special. When I struggled with Russian language in my first year, they connected me with seniors and arranged extra language classes. They genuinely care about student success.
Kavya Menon
MBBS Student, Russia (3rd Year)
I was skeptical about studying abroad initially, but iAMBBS team's professionalism and transparency convinced me. They were right about everything - the university quality, living costs, and exam preparation. Today I'm a proud doctor serving my community.
Dr. Arjun Singh
MBBS Graduate (Now Practicing Doctor)
What impressed me most was their honesty. They advised us to choose Philippines over a costlier European option based on our budget and Aditya's preferences. This integrity is rare in this industry. Highly recommend iAMBBS.

Mother of Aditya Krishnan (MBBS Student, Philippines)
