• Pre-departure orientation and support
• Information about costs, scholarships, and financial planning

Our services are advisory and consultative in nature. Final admission decisions are made solely by the respective universities.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all communications and applications
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable)
• Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Important Disclaimers:

• No Guarantee of Admission: We provide guidance and support throughout the admission process, but we do not guarantee admission to any university. Admission decisions are made solely by the universities based on their criteria and available seats.
• NMC Eligibility: Students must verify their eligibility for NMC (National Medical Commission) screening test and licensure requirements. We provide information based on current regulations, but final responsibility for verification rests with the student.
• NEET Requirement: NEET qualification is mandatory for Indian students seeking to study MBBS abroad and practice in India. Students must meet the required NEET percentile as per NMC guidelines.
• University Recognition: While we work with NMC-approved and WHO-recognized universities, students should independently verify the recognition status of their chosen university with relevant authorities.

• Consultation Fees: Initial consultation may be offered free of charge. Detailed service packages and their associated fees will be communicated separately.
• Service Fees: Our service fees are separate from university tuition fees, visa fees, travel expenses, and other related costs.
• University Fees: University tuition and other fees are paid directly to the university and are subject to change based on university policies.
• Refund Policy: Our refund policy will be specified in individual service agreements. Fees paid to universities or third parties are subject to their respective refund policies.
• Payment Terms: Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about universities, admission processes, fees, and requirements. However:

• University policies, fees, and admission criteria are subject to change without notice
• We are not responsible for changes made by universities or regulatory authorities
• Students should verify all information directly with the university before making final decisions
• Website content is for informational purposes and should not be considered as legal or financial advice

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and iAMBBS regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
