What Students Say
Despite high patient vs health care worker ratio, the staff are doing their best to cater to the sick that come from many parts of Mindanao. Being a tertiary level hospital, they have great facilities that are not yet available in other institutions, including some private ones. Despite all the negative feedback that are seen on social media, I believe that there are more positive ones, but aren't posted because the hospital caters even to the marginalized and the financially incapable. I have witnessed tons of patients with over a hundred thousand excess on their bills, but got discharged without paying a single peso because of the joint helping hands from different government agencies, like Philhealth, Malasakit, etc., especially the hospital itself. I hope more people, who have benefited from this hospital will also speak up, to lessen the negative perspective of others towards this health care facility.
