The behavior of some medical staff and nurses here is quite disappointing. They often come across as rude, and a few doctors seem indifferent, especially when patients are in distress—they treat it as if it's completely normal. There have also been instances where no one monitors the IV (saline) properly, and when it stops or blood backs up, they don’t respond promptly. Additionally, the condition of the washrooms is unacceptable, especially for a private hospital charging higher fees than others. Clean and hygienic washrooms are a basic necessity and should be maintained properly to ensure a better experience for patients and visitors. Lastly, the cost of medical tests here is extremely high, and they don't offer any discounts. For a hospital of this standard, better care, facilities, and a more compassionate attitude are expected.
