Ekaterina Zlotnikova

Today, a group of patients from another branch were brought in for a hydro-MRI. Everyone was assigned in order. The staff didn't have any downtime. But when I "fell into their hands," it was simply a MIRACLE!!! The most kind and caring medical staff. I even specifically learned their names. And if I or anyone I know ever needs another MRI, I'll make a point of seeing Larisa G. Shevrunova and Anna N. Nosanova. They treat patients so warmly and kindly. It's a shame this doesn't happen often. You usually come to them when you have a health problem, maybe you're stressed or anxious. But the girls will make you comfortable. They'll tuck you in gently and carefully, tucking your clothes in. And they'll even reassure you if you're afraid, knowing they're right there, right next to you, and only need to lie down for 23 minutes.
